Jerome Conaty started on the path to business in the late 1990s, as he embarked on starting the brick and mortar he conceptualized as a child.
After many years of working on his business plan, his first business opened in 2002, of which he is still the operations manager. He knows first hand the integral nature of modern marketing, founding multiple start ups. He is active in the business community of Manitoba, especially in the NorMan region.
In 2019 he joined the volunteers and staff of North Forge as an Entrepreneur in Residence to help guide new founders starting their businesses across the Prairies.
