Jerome Conaty started on the path to business after finishing high school, as he embarked on starting the retail store he conceptualized as a child.

​

After many years of working on his business plan, his first business opened in 2002, of which he is still the operations manager and knows first hand the integral nature of modern marketing.  He is active in the business community of Manitoba, especially in the NorMan region.

​

In 2019 he joined the volunteers and staff of North Forge as an Entrepreneur in Residence to help guide founders starting their businesses across the Prairies.
